kotori vegetable chaat (bowl filled with potatoes, sprouts, chopped onions and tomatoes with chick peas and served with chaat chutney)

Butter chicken tikka masala (oven baked marinated chicken served in mild tomatoe gravy)

Paneer mattar ( cottage cheese & green peas served with tomato base gravy )

Roganjosh ( lamb shank served with fragnant onion base curry)
