Persian buffet on 9th December 2018

We are planning our next pre-booked persian buffet for 30 people. The event will take place on Sunday 9. December, from 15:00 to 17:00 (32 people),  and from 18:00 – 20:00 (32 people). 20:00-22:00 Take away.  Please share this post and the event with your friends on facebook if you like.

It’s a three course buffet, with different types of starters, main dishes and desserts.

The price is kr. 300,- for adults and children over 12 years. The price for children (5 – 12 years old) is kr. 150,-. Children under 5 years no charge. Juice, soft drinks, tea and coffee are included.

The Menu includes :

– Starter–

🌕Fresh rich healthy vegetable salad with pinto beans and feta cheese

🌕kashke Bademjan(baked eggplants topped with fried onions,garlic and mint )

🌕Ash Shole Ghalamkar(traditional Iranian thick soup with lots of different grains and fresh herbs)

🌕assorted bread,pickles and condiments


– Main course –

🌕Ashak(Afghan leek dumplings topped with tasty soya chunks in chopped tomato,mint and yogurt sauce

🌕Chicken and okra stew(tender chicken cooked in aromatic tomato sauce with okra and spices)

🌕Baked Salmon Fish served on basmati rice mixed with dill &broad bean

🌕Ghorme Sabzi (mouthwatering traditional Iranian lamb stew cooked in mixed fried herbs with dry lemon and red kidney beans ) ⭐️2nd ,3rd and fourth Main courses are served with saffron basmati rice

“Kashke bademjan” eggplant dish with fried onion, garlic and mint.

Pickles, olives, bread and tahdig (crispy fried rice bread)


– MAIN DISHES –

“Koofte” meat and vegetable balls in gravy of lamb with herbs. Served with bread.

“Tahchin” marinated chicken baked inside saffran-rice and yoghurt

“Ghorme Sabzi” Lamb stew with herbs, red bean and dried lemon. Served with saffron rice


– DESSERTS –

RICE PUDDING flavoured with rose-water and cardamom

Tropical fruit salad with vanilla sauce.
