Ladies and gentlemen 💜💚

We are planning to arrange our next pre-booked Iranian buffet ☺️🎉🍗🍖🥗🌯🥙🍭🍮.

The event will happen on Sunday 27. October from 16:00 – 20:00.

🤩It would be a totally different experience with us in Asia Mat Lofoten Restaurant .

🤩We plan to combine Iranian buffet with a theory cooking class

🤩You will try some of the best chosen traditional Iranian dishes 

🤩You will get 8 mouthwatering recipes 

🤩And we will go to Asia Mat shop to have a look at the ingredients which have been used in the recipes

The price is kr. 600,- each person .

🌕Fresh vegetable salad(Shirazi salad)

🌕Ash Reshte (thick Iranian noodle soup with lots of grains and herbs)

🌕Pickles, olives, bread and tahdig (crispy fried rice bread)

– MAIN DISHES –

🌕Jooje kebab(marinated grilled chicken scewers and grilled tomatoes served with bread or rice)

🌕Gheime(Lamb stew with yellow split peas, potatoes and dried lemon,Served with saffron rice)

– DESSERTS –

🌕Shole Zard (Saffron rice pudding flavoured with rose water and cardamom)

🌕Halwa(sweet paste made of flour, melted butter and pistachios)
