Så det blir persisk buffet på Søndag 14. Nov, kl. 16:00 – 19:00. 
Vi har plass til 30 personer og hvis du er interessert må du bestille bordplass i senest 11 Nov. 
Prisen for voksne er 500,krBarn mellom 5 – 10 år, 300kr

MENY/ The Menu includes :
– Starters –
Fresh rich healthy vegetable salad with bulgur and beans
Barely Ash(traditional Iranian thick soup)with lots of different grains and fresh herbs served with fried mint,garlic and onion
assorted bread,yogurt,pickles and condiments
Hommus,Motabel,Dolme and foul(cooked chickpeas paste,Aubergine dip,filled vine leaves and beans served with bread)
– Main course –
Shivid Baghali polo with mahi (spiced mixed rice with herbs and broad beans served with baked salmon)
Fesenjoon stew(chicken pieces in aromatic pomegranate paste and walnut gravy)
Celery stew with lamb meat,mint and parsley
Okra stew in tomato sauce
2nd ,3rd and 4th Main courses are served with saffron basmati rice

It’s a three course buffet, with different types of starters, main dishes and desserts.
The price is kr. 500,- for adults and children over 10 years.
The price for children (5 -10 years old) is kr. 300,-.
