โญ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐ŸปCreamy chicken pesto pasta

For 3-4 people ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

Ingredients:

๐Ÿš350gr shell pasta 

๐Ÿš300ml cooking cream 

๐Ÿš1 cup basil pesto

๐Ÿš3 green spring onions, sliced

๐Ÿš1 chopped onion 

๐Ÿš1 &1/2 cups skinless shredded or chopped chicken meat

๐Ÿš1 cup chopped red ,green and yellow paprika 

๐Ÿš200 gr Cherry tomatoes 

๐Ÿš1/2cup finely grated parmesan cheese

๐ŸšFresh basil leaves 

๐ŸšEnough saffron ,salt and pepper 

๐Ÿšolive oil

Method 1:

๐Ÿ…Cook the chicken with onion,saffron ,salt and pepper for 20minutes 

๐Ÿ…Add chopped 3 colors paprika and let it cook with chicken for another 10 minuets 

๐Ÿ…Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender 

๐Ÿ…Drain (reserve1/4 cup liquid)

๐Ÿ…Return pasta to pan over medium-low heat

๐Ÿ…Add reserved liquid, cream, pesto and spring onion

๐Ÿ…Stir to combine

๐Ÿ…Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until heated through

๐Ÿ…Divide between bowls

๐Ÿ…Fill the shells with chicken pieces and cherry Tomato 

๐Ÿ…Top with olive oil,parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaf
