⭐️👌🏻Creamy chicken pesto pasta

For 3-4 people 🍝🍝🍝


🐚350gr shell pasta 

🐚300ml cooking cream 

🐚1 cup basil pesto

🐚3 green spring onions, sliced

🐚1 chopped onion 

🐚1 &1/2 cups skinless shredded or chopped chicken meat

🐚1 cup chopped red ,green and yellow paprika 

🐚200 gr Cherry tomatoes 

🐚1/2cup finely grated parmesan cheese

🐚Fresh basil leaves 

🐚Enough saffron ,salt and pepper 

🐚olive oil

Method 1:

🍅Cook the chicken with onion,saffron ,salt and pepper for 20minutes 

🍅Add chopped 3 colors paprika and let it cook with chicken for another 10 minuets 

🍅Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender 

🍅Drain (reserve1/4 cup liquid)

🍅Return pasta to pan over medium-low heat

🍅Add reserved liquid, cream, pesto and spring onion

🍅Stir to combine

🍅Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until heated through

🍅Divide between bowls

🍅Fill the shells with chicken pieces and cherry Tomato 

🍅Top with olive oil,parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaf
