Bulgur Salad

Bulgur salad for 4-6 people

Ingredients :
Half of an ice berg Lettuce
200gr cherry tomatoes
2 medium cucumbers
1/2 glass seedless Green or Black olives
1/2 glass coarse brown or yellow bulgur
1/2 glass chopped parsley
Enough Salt and pepper
2table spoons of Lemon juice
Olive oil as necessary

Method:
Cut the washed lettuce in small pieces
Wash and rinse bulgur and Cook it for 5-10minutes
Add it to salad when it is completely cold
Cut tomatoes in 2 parts
Cut cucumbers as you wish
Add cucumber,tomatoes,parsley and seedless olives also
Mix the salad
Decorate itπŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
Pour lemon juice and olive oil on it and then some salt and pepper
