Ingredients for 4 people :
25ml groundnut oil/sunflower oil
1tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 chopped onion
2 small paprika
100 gr bamboo shoot
100gr water Chestnut
100gr young kale
200 g seafood mix
100g fresh prawns, shelled
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
100 gr mushroom
200g rice or wheat noodles, cooked as per package instructions
2tbsp light soy sauce
200 ml oyster sauce
2tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp sesame seeds
Coriander , to garnish

Method:
In a large wok or on a metal surface of a grill heat the oil over a high flame and stir-fry the ginger and garlic,water chestnuts,bamboo shoots and onion for 30 seconds before adding the prawns, squid and seafood sticks. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked.Add paprika ,mushrooms and young kale and stir all for 3 minuets then oyster sauce for another 3 minuets.
Add the cooked noodles, spring onions and season the stir-fry with soy sauce and sesame oil. Divide the stir-fry on plates and garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
