3. SOUP OF THE DAY

Our soups are usually vegetarian soups, with lentil, bulgur or beans with different herbs and spices. Some are creamy soups. Normally we serve our soups of the day with an indian, iranian or arabic bread.

Our menu of the day can change mainly between persian stews, indian or thai curries. These are rice dishes and the persian and indian dishes are served with saffron basmati rice. The Thai dishes with Jasmin rice.

Our noodles are one of the most popular dishes. We use fresh asian vegetables, a rich spicing, oyster sauce and fresh coriander leaves.
You can choose between noodles with chicken meat, beef meat or pure vegetarian.

Dolme is a mild tasting light main dish. It is a vegetarian dish with a mix of rice, bulgur and herbs that is wrapped inside pickled wine leafs.
9. ADEL KEBAB

Adel kebab comes with grilled kebab meat (minced beef) with onion and vegetables. Served with a salad, pommes frittes and our special home made kebab sauce.

10. Iranian cookies and dates
Persian cookies and dates is exactly this. The types of cookies we use might change from time to time, but the fresh iranian dates are always the same. This is a great dessert accompanied with a black tea flavoured with green cardemum.
